Subtle local grapes blend from Southwest France A modern, unique blend born in the beautiful hills of Gascony. A great wine to be poured by the glass and enjoyed in a social environment. This wine is kept for several weeks (minimum 4 months) on the lees before clarification and cold stabilisation.

7    Java Red 2019 Chiroulet, 75cl

Representing the Java range in red, it results from an original combination of Merlot / Cabernet Franc / Syrah and an elaboration seeking suppleness and freshness of the fruit.

9    Beret Noir Red 2017, 75cl

A firm wine still on the young side, this has bold tannins from the Tannat in the blend. It also offers ripe black fruits and a warm, rich texture. Acidity completes the wine's balance. The name refers to the wide-brimmed beret as native to Gascony. Drink from late 2020

10    Rose d'Enfer Rosé 2020, 75cl

It was in the vineyard of Saint Mont, that the devil disguised as a winemaker, succumbed to temptation and stole bunches of Tannat, Pinenc and Cabernet Sauvignon.

11    Java Rose 2019 Chiroulet, 75cl

This rose is a true Gascogne the accents of Peyrusquet (calcareous surface). The terroir is of Clay and limestone with dominant limestone.

12    Pilaho Sparkling Rose 2020 Pellehaut, 75cl

An intense pink colour reveals notes of red fruits on the nose. This gourmet wine offers us in the mouth a mixture of strawberries, raspberries and morello cherries, invigorated by fine bubbles. The finish is enhanced by the sweetness of these same fruits. A soft and light sparkling rose wine, to be enjoyed as an aperitif or as a dessert, with for example a trianon or an opera.
