1. Merlot Tannat Red 2019, 75cl

Merlot-Tannat blend is already arousing considerable interest. On the palate, the fruity promise of the nose is confirmed, completed by the sweetness of the tannins, giving rise to a supple and round finish.

2. Harmonie Red 2020 Pellehaut, 75cl

With a ruby red colour, this wine with a nose of black fruits and violets, offers us a voluptuous mouth, with notes of perfectly ripe red fruits, and supple tannins. With a very finesse structure, it will go wonderfully with red meat, cheese platter, cold meats.

3. BIG Red 2019, 75cl

This wine is all about fruitiness and fresh stalkiness. Juicy and packed with red-berry flavours, it will benefit from being enjoyed slightly chilled.

4. Domaine Cassaigne Red 2019, 75cl

This barrel-aged cuvée blend is complex with aromas of dark berry fruits, cinnamon and vanilla on the nose. It has persistence in the mouth, with notes of spice and silky tannins.

5. Terroir Gascon Red 2018 Chiroulet, 75cl

Playing on the complementarity of grape varieties, with Merlot as the major source of its juicy fabric, it draws its freshness from Cabernet Franc, while the Tannat envelops it in its structure. A vinification measured in accordance with its vocation combines this blend in favour of readily crunchy fruit, underlined with accuracy by a discreet ageing and fine tannins.

6. Torus Rouge - Madiran 2016, 75cl

Fleshy on the palate, fruity and spicy, offering volume and roundness. Aromas of black fruits.

7. Gros Manseng Sauvignon White 2020, 75cl

Light golden in colour with zesty scents of apples, lemons and ripe peaches. On the palate mineral and intense with flavours of grapefruit and pine nuts with a hint of honey. A crisp finish makes this an excellent aperitif. Serve with grilled sea bass, garlic chicken or Asian style pork with a spinach stir-fry.

8. Ampelomeryx White 2019 Pellehaut, 75cl

A limpid, slightly yellow-tinted wine.The expressive nose is redolent of exotic fruit, with slightly roasted, toasty notes. Supple, mouth-filling and vibrant palate.A subtle companion for fish, poultry or cheese.

9. Java White 2020 Chiroulet, 75cl

JAVA, a bar and pub wine, for get-togethers with friends where nothing matters except for the pleasure of a shared moment Its character that is both lively and round in the mouth makes it a wine to be enjoyed at any moment. AROMATIC - FRESH LIVELY

10. BIG White 2019, 75cl

Subtle local grapes blend from Southwest France. A modern, unique blend born in the beautiful hills of Gascony. A great wine to be poured by the glass and enjoyed in a social environment. This wine is kept for several weeks (minimum 4 months) on the lees before clarification and cold stabilisation.

11. Domaine Cassaigne White 2018, 75cl

This ancient estate, just south of Armagnac town of Condom. This wine is fresh and fruity, touched with honey and apricots as well as bright citrus flavours.

12. Pilaho Sparkling White 2020 Pellehaut, 75cl

An elegant blond wine with green tints and a fine, floral nose. The heady second nose of lime blossom, hawthorn and apricot encourage you to take a sip of this sparkling wine to discover its enchanting, fine bubbles through a ballet of citrus fruit and mango flavours. Serve chilled as an aperitif or dessert wine.
